Report 02 · Know thy chemistry
Have you ever had a bad month and blamed your character for it?
The patience that disappeared. The morning that got harder. You called it a personal failing. It may have been a tuning problem.
Why
If you are a violin, your chemistry is the wood. It does not decide what you play. It decides how loud joy gets, how long fear rings on after the event that caused it, and how quickly either one dies away.
Your mood is not a decision. It is an acoustic.
This is why the same week lands so differently on two people, and why the same week lands differently on you in March and in September. Almost nobody accounts for it. They take the sound personally and never once look at the instrument.
You have been trying to win an argument with your own chemistry, and calling the loss a character flaw.
So the resolutions fail, the discipline seems to evaporate, and the conclusion drawn is always about willpower. It is very rarely about willpower. Wood that has dried out does not need to be shouted at.
Discipline is tension. Too much of it and the string does not sing — it snaps.
Fix the instrument and half of what you called your personality quietly changes its mind.
What
Thirteen questions and one call with Fin. April reads the signature underneath your answers — the pattern your sleep, appetite, temper, drive and recovery make together — and names the handful of things most likely to be pulling against you, ranked by how strong the signal is rather than how alarming it sounds.
How
April tells you the how in fourteen pages.
Including the cheapest credible way to correct each one — food, light, load and sleep first, supplements last — and which tests are worth booking now versus later. Nothing here is a diagnosis, and no number is presented as a measurement of your blood.
Your body is not separate from your psychology. It is the room your psychology has to play in.
Nothing here is diagnostic. Every output is a probability, not a measurement, and stated accuracy is up to 97%. Terms & privacy
